A: Crowne Plaza San Jose - Silicon Valley is located in Milpitas, CA. Our address is 777 Bellew Drive, Milpitas, CA 95035.
Q: What is the check-in and check-out time for the hotel?
A: Our hotel's check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is 12 noon.
Q: Do you have any smoking rooms?
A: Crowne Plaza San Jose - Silicon Valley is a 100% non-smoking property. A $300 cleaning fee is applied to any room that has been smoked in.
Q: Do you have complimentary high speed Wi-Fi service at the hotel?
A: Yes, all guests have access to complimentary basic high-speed Wi-Fi during their stay. Enhanced wireless internet is also available for $9.95 per day and Premium Enhanced is available for $15.95 per day.
Q: What are the different tiers of your Wi-Fi internet?

Q: Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have?
A: Yes, Crowne Plaza San Jose - Silicon Valley offers a fitness center located on the 3rd floor open from 5:30 am - 11 pm daily. Facility includes elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, free weights, a multi-workout machine, yoga balls, and yoga mats. We also offer a Wellness Station in the lobby that features local running trail maps, water refill stations, and towels for those on the go!
Q: Do you have a 24-hour business center?
A: Yes, Crowne Plaza San Jose - Silicon Valley offers a 24-hour business facility located in the lobby. It includes PC & Mac computers with access to a printer & copier.
Q: Do you have a pool?
A: Yes, Crowne Plaza San Jose - Silicon Valley offers an outdoor heated swimming pool located on the 3rd floor open daily from8 am to 11 pm. Please help us keep the pool a safe area by not bringing any food, alcoholic beverages, or glassware into the pool area.
Q: Are there mini fridges in the room?
A: No. However, the hotel will be happy to send a mini-fridge to your room for a minimal charge of $10 per stay. A limited number of mini fridges are available and are subject to availability.
Q: How much is a roll-away bed or crib charge?
A: Roll-away beds are available for a charge of $10 per night plus tax. Cribs are provided complimentary. Both are subject to availability. Most of our rooms with one king size bed can accommodate a roll-away bed or crib. Rooms with 2-Double beds cannot accommodate a roll-away bed due to limited space and fire code.
Q: Can I send a package to the hotel?
A: Yes. Crowne Plaza San Jose - Silicon Valley will accept or hold packages/boxes for pre-registered guests only. Packages should arrive no earlier than 3 days prior to the guest's arrival. We offer complimentary handling for the first 5 packages and starting on the 6th package there will be a $5 USD handling fee per additional package.
Q: Do you have a coin operated laundry?
A: Yes, the Crowne Plaza San Jose - Silicon Valley hotel offers a coin laundry on the 5th and 10th floors for your convenience. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets may be purchased from the front desk.
Q: Do you have a dry cleaning / laundry service?
A: Yes, Crowne Plaza San Jose - Silicon Valley offers same-day dry cleaning / laundry service if clothes are dropped off prior to8AM. Please contact the hotel front desk for more information.
Q: How far are you from Mineta San Jose International Airport?
A: The Crowne Plaza San Jose - Silicon Valley is located approximately 5 miles from Mineta San Jose International Airport.
Q: Do you offer free shuttle service to/from the airport?
A: Yes, Crowne Plaza San Jose - Silicon Valley offers complimentary shuttle service to Mineta San Jose International Airport from 5:30 am with our last run at 10:30 pm. Due to the strict no waiting policies at the airport, we request that arriving guests call our front desk upon arrival of the baggage claim area at (408) 321-9500. We will send our driver at the next earliest availability. You may request for a departure to the airport once you have arrived at the hotel via the front desk. *Hotel shuttles are scheduled every half hour, may make multiple stops and are subject to availability.
Q: Do you offer free shuttle service anywhere else?
A: Yes, Crowne Plaza San Jose - Silicon Valley offers complimentary shuttle within a 5-mile radius of the hotel from 5:30 amwith our last run at 10:30 pm. Shuttle requests can be made directly with the front desk after arrival at the hotel. Shuttles are scheduled every half hour, may make multiple stops and are subject to availability.
Q: How far are you from Levi's Stadium?
A: The Crowne Plaza San Jose - Silicon Valley is located approximately 3.5 miles from Levi's Stadium.
Q: Do you offer free shuttle service for Levi's Stadium events?
A: No, unfortunately due to the high vehicle congestion during Stadium events, we are not able to offer shuttle service to/from Levi's Stadium during events.
Q: What is the best way to go to Levi's Stadium during events?
A: OPTION 1 - The Crowne Plaza San Jose - Silicon Valley is located just .7 miles from the closest light rail station (i-880/Milpitas Station).
1. Walk to the i-880/Milpitas Station.
2. Board 901 towards LRT Santa Teresa (3 stops).
3. Get off at Tasman Station.
4. Board 902 towards LRT Mountain View (3 Stops).
5. Get off at Great America Station and walk .3 miles to Levi's Stadium.


OPTION 2 -
1. Request our front desk shuttle to take you directly to Tasman Station.
2. Board 902 towards LRT Mountain View (3 Stops).
3. Get off at Great America Station and walk .3 miles to Levi's Stadium.

Q: Do you have additional information on VTA to/from the Stadium?

VTA is offering new Light Rail Season or Single Game Passes for 2016/2017 49ers home games. These passes allow the bearer round-trip service on VTA's new Express (limited stop) Light Rail from the Great Mall, Santa Teresa and Mountain View light rail stations. Pass holders will experience priority departure for their return trip!

Purchase your collectible VTA Light Rail Season Pass for $149 valid for all ten 49ers home games or buy a single event light rail pass for $20 using Paypal below. Passes can also be purchased at the Visa Box Office at Levi's® Stadium, or one of VTA's retail outlets. If you are ordering a light rail pass for a specific game, the order cut-off time is at noon 3 business days prior to the game. You cannot order online past the cutoff times.  As an option, please purchase your passes at VTA Retail Locations during normal business hours.

 

Express Light Rail passes are also available on VTA's mobile app, EventTIK.  With EventTIK, you can purchase select passes for special events on your smartphone. EventTIK is available for free for iPhone and Android Devices.

Q: Do you have valet parking or self parking and how much is it?
A: No, Crowne Plaza San Jose - Silicon Valley does not offer valet parking. We offer ample complimentary self parking on property grounds.
Q: What if I need to change my reservation if I booked my reservation through an online 3rd party travel website (Bookings.com/Expedia)?
A: If you booked your room through an online travel website, you will have to contact them directly to make any changes to your reservation.
Q: What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
A: We require at least 24 hours prior to local hotel time of 6 p.m. Guests who do not cancel prior to 24 hours before local hotel time of 6 p.m. will be charged a one night's room charge plus tax. Cancellation policy is subject to change and certain types of reservations may be non-refundable or require an advanced deposit. Please review the reservation terms at time of booking.
Q: Does the hotel have connecting rooms?
A: Yes we have connecting rooms. Connecting rooms are on a request basis and cannot be guaranteed.
Q: Does the hotel have accessible rooms?
A: Yes, we have accessible rooms. Some of these rooms include modified bath tubs with bars and added facilities and some include a roll-in shower. To find out more about our accessible rooms or request one please call the hotel staff directly.

Q: Do you offer room service?
A: Yes, we offer in room dining Monday - Sunday from 6 am - 11 pm.
Q: Do you have a Sundry Store?
A: Yes, "@ the Corner" Sundry shop is located directly to the left of the front desk at the corner. Open 24-hours a day, it's the best place to grab a quick snack or refreshment. We also carry daily use items, medicines and other travel amenities for your convenience.

Q: Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
A: Yes. Crowne Plaza San Jose - Silicon Valley would like to welcome your Cat or Dog under 50 pounds to stay with us. Please disclose you would like to bring your pet at time of reservation and check-in. There is a daily $25 non-refundable charge that is added to your folio. Pets must be kept on leashes or in carriers when in public areas and are not permitted at the pool or restaurant. Please help us keep your pets and other guests comfortable by not leaving them in the room unattended. Certified service animals are excluded from restrictions and fees.
Q: How do we get a group rate at your hotel?
